Folklore and the Sea by Horace Beck
This book was published in 1973. Beck writes that Anne Bonney and Mary Reed were "street women" and that Mary was hanged, while Anne was pregnant and her execution delayed until she gave birth, but she got pregnant a second time. Jack Rackham is described as her husband.
