The Monarchs of the Main, or Adventures of the Buccaneers by George W. Thornbury

This book was published in 1855. Thornbury's version of the John Rackham story is mostly a rephrasing of the General History. Anne Bonny's husband becomes a pirate after they move to New Providence. Anne and Mary Reed are the only people to resist arrest, and Mary delivers her monologue about execution in jail.
